Imperium Trustees SA is pleased to announce the appointment of Edouard Gueudet as a Non-Executive Director, joining the Board.

Edouard brings nearly two decades of experience advising private clients in Switzerland and The Bahamas, with senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of the Swiss branch of an international trust and fiduciary group. He has also served as an Equity Partner at a private bank in Zurich and Geneva, and acts as a wealth planning advisor, trust protector, and mediator in complex international succession matters.

A member of STEP and holder of the TEP designation, Edouard’s academic background includes degrees from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and American University in Washington, D.C., alongside further qualifications in trust management and artificial intelligence applications.

Imperium Trustees SA was established in May this year following Imperium’s acquisition of Nightingale Trustees SA (NTSA). Edouard joins Laura Lees, Martin Pugh and Imperium Group Managing Director, David Gilmour, on the Board.
