Imperium were delighted to host the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the UK business at the prestigious Landsdowne Club in London on the 9th October. Imperium staff from each of the offices attended, along with key intermediaries based in both the Channel Islands and in London.

The Landsdowne Club was the venue for Imperium UK’s launch party five years ago, when it was just Grant Twine, the current Managing Director of Imperium UK, working to establish the UK trust and corporate services businesses. Since the launch party, the UK business has grown from one employee to thirty-two, with offices in Sevenoaks, Reigate, Basingstoke and London. The scope of their services has also expanded, to now include trust work, cosec, UK directorships, ROE, bookkeeping, accounts as well as personal, corporate and trust tax compliance matters.

The event gave our guests the opportunity to network and catch up with existing contacts throughout the evening. There was a brief interlude for Grant to provide an update on the UK business, and for Imperium’s Chairman Roy McGregor to provide an update on the activities and success of the other companies that form part of the Imperium Group.

Grant said he was ‘delighted to welcome so many of our contacts, friends and senior staff from across the Imperium offices to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Despite the challenging environment for businesses over the past few years, the UK business and team has grown significantly and we are looking forward to continuing that trajectory’
