Rhona Humphreys Appointed Chairman of The Guernsey Association of Trustees
Rhona Humphreys, Director of Imperium Trust has been elected to act as Chairman of the Guernsey Association of Trustees (“GAT”) as of 1st July 2020.
GAT is the industry representative body for fiduciary licence holders in Guernsey. The membership of GAT largely consists of Trust and Company service providers and individuals in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and fully regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) as either Full or Personal licensees, but members extend to lawyers, accountants, compliance professionals and other individuals in Guernsey with an interest in the fiduciary industry.
Rhona has been an active committee member of GAT for over 10 years and held the role of deputy Chairman since 2015.
Rhona’s appointment was confirmed at the 2020 AGM where she commented;
Having been involved with GAT for over a decade and to now be appointed as Chairman will be a challenge and real privilege that I am looking forward to taking on.
