We do not outsource any work from our central administration team. Experienced in working across several European jurisdictions and administering funds for a number of the largest fund managers in the UK, Europe and the USA, our team’s expertise is second to none.

Our Key Services
Fund establishment
At Imperium we project manage the process from day one to fund launch. We establish legal entities and work with your local counsel to apply for regulation (where required).
Our on-boarding process typically includes the fund formation, review of fund documentation, managing the regulatory set up, completing investor due diligence, opening bank accounts and preparing your closing meeting. Your assigned Imperium relationship manager will be available to assist with any queries from day one throughout the life of the fund.
Central administration
Your local administration team will provide all services required in the day-to-day life of a fund.
Every fund is different and will require different services, communication and output. Our services can include processing and payment of expenses, cash management, processing investments and divestments and record keeping. We provide services to meet your legal and regulatory requirements, and take into consideration client / investor preferences.
Financial reporting
Production of the professional reporting for investors from capital statements/quarterly reporting to annual financial statements.
Imperium can calculate fees, accruals and carried interest, maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements and investor capital statements, manage the audit process, and prepare information for tax reporting.
Legal and regulatory
Ensuring compliance with your fund statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining corporate books and registers, coordination of board activities, preparation of board minutes, provision of registered office (not on a stand-alone basis), provision of directors, company secretary, compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer and money laundering compliance office, adoption and monitoring of governance and control procedures, ensuring adherence to legal, compliance and fund rules.
Investor services
Your relationship with your investors is of upmost importance. At on-boarding we will discuss this with you and tailor our interaction with your investors to suit your style.
From first closing onwards we will maintain shareholder and investor registers including all contacts, process all investor related transactions including drawdowns and distributions and respond to investor queries.
