Gareth Davies

Gareth joined Imperium in 2025 as Managing Director of the UK Fund Services business. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial services, Gareth brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

He began his career with PwC in Guernsey, where he qualified in 2003 and became a member of the ICAEW. Gareth spent 12 years at Augentius, a specialist private equity fund administrator, managing the London and Belfast fund operations teams. More recently, he held a senior role at Centaur Fund Services, now part of the Waystone Group.

Gareth has extensive experience supporting venture capital and private equity fund managers in launching and operating funds across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys traveling with his young family, particularly on ski trips and road trips. A keen sportsman, he regularly plays tennis, padel, and swims. He is also an avid supporter of England Rugby and Harlequins, with a strong interest in politics, financial markets, and current affairs.
