James Fullerton

James re-joined Imperium Trust Company (Jersey) Limited in May 2025 as an Assistant Manager.

James has held positions with local trust company businesses for almost 10 years focusing mainly in the Corporate sector, James has worked on several international and globally based client structures, handling M&As, corporate and debt restructuring and Private Equity buy-outs.

James also has experience of private client structures holding luxury assets, quoted and unquoted investments, commercial and residential property as well as property development.

James holds a Diploma in International Finance and Administration by the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland. James is currently to complete the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
