Lauren Read

Lauren joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in January 2024 as a Manager.

She has over 13 years of financial services experience working in the private equity sector and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Prior to joining Imperium, Lauren began her career at Aztec Group in accounting and progressed within the company to the role of Financial Reporting Manager. In addition to her experience with team and client management, Lauren has gained extensive experience over the years in financial reporting, administration and the company secretarial aspects of a varied portfolio of regulated and non-regulated fund structures
