Imperium Retains Trust Cup at Guernsey Marathon Relay with Strong Team Performance
Teamwork sits at the heart of everything we do at Imperium and that was evident at this year’s Guernsey Marathon Relay, where we were proud to have two teams taking part.
Led by Jenna Jackson, our first team delivered an exceptional performance to retain the Trust Cup, completing the course in 03:07:56.
The winning team consisted of Euan Melrose, Harry Prow, Jenna Jackson, Andrew Le Poidevin and Alex Vincent (Barclays). Andrew anchored the final leg to secure the result. Their performance was a testament to preparation, determination and strong collaboration throughout the race.
Alongside them, a second Imperium team also took part, made up of Melanie Nicolle, Adam Piggott, David Gilmour, Mya Colley and Adele Perrot. Their effort and team spirit were equally impressive, contributing to a fantastic overall showing for Imperium on the day. They completed the relay in 3:43:58.
The Guernsey Marathon Relay is a highlight in the island’s calendar, bringing together teams from across the community and providing a great opportunity to showcase teamwork both on and off the course.
David Gilmour, Imperium Group CEO said: “Having two teams take part and securing the Trust Cup once again is something we are incredibly proud of. It reflects not only individual effort, but the strength of the wider team and the culture we continue to build at Imperium. We all really enjoyed taking part.”
The Guernsey Marathon raises money for Guernsey Bowl Cancer and The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation.
