Imperium Strengthens Wellbeing Through its Partnership with Mind Jersey
Imperium is pleased to announce its partnership with Mind Jersey through the Stronger Together programme.
The partnership reflects an ongoing commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing within Imperium Jersey.
Supporting Our People as We Grow
As Imperium continues to evolve, maintaining a supportive and inclusive culture remains a priority. We recognise that a successful business is built on the wellbeing of its people, and that creating an environment where individuals feel supported and able to speak openly is essential.
Lizie Zubercova, HR Manager - Jersey said: “Our work with Mind Jersey will help encourage more open and productive conversations and raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing across our teams in a meaningful and structured way.”
A Partnership with Purpose
Through the Stronger Together programme, we will continue to take a practical approach to workplace wellbeing ensuring our people have access to the right tools, resources and support when they need it.
The partnership will support us in:
Strengthening understanding of mental health across the business;
Encouraging open and informed conversations;
Providing access to guidance in the form of extensive training and support for our staff;
Playing a role in wider community initiatives.
