Andy Hatton

Andy joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in January 2021 and is a Director. Andy is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI), holds the Diploma in Company Direction (Dip IoD), a Diploma in International Finance and Administration and is a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management, as well as having over 26 years of financial services experience in Guernsey. Andy acts as the Data Protection Office (DPO) of Imperium Funds.

Andy spent the previous 7 years at Belasko Administration and was Head of the Guernsey Funds team. He has gained further knowledge through his roles at Gentoo Fund Services, Ipes (Guernsey) Limited and Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services Limited.

Andy has extensive experience with both launching and administering regulated collective investment schemes, private investment funds and listed entities with a variety of real estate, venture capital, and private equity asset classes. Andy also holds directorships on client boards as part of his role.

Andy spent a number of years as a member of the Administration sub-committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association (GIFA).
