Becci Welsh

Becci joined Imperium Group in March 2023 as an Associate Director, joined the Board of Imperium Trust Company Limited in January 2025 and then was appointed Group Head of Operations in October 2025.

After qualifying as an accountant with one of the big four audit firms, Becci joined the trust industry and has accumulated over 20 years of financial services experience in Guernsey undertaking a variety of roles including those in administration, operations and internal and client accounting.

Becci is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Most recently, Becci has obtained the Institute of Director’s Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction.
