Charles Spary

Charles joined Imperium Trust Company (Jersey) Limited in 2021 as director with responsibility for Operations. Charles was promoted to the board of the Imperium Group in November 2025, assuming a role of Group Head of Finance.

Charles has held senior positions with local trust company businesses for over 20 years and has extensive experience of all aspects of the Operational environment of the business as well as providing accounting support on client structures.

Charles is a Chartered Accountant and holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction.

In his spare time Charles enjoys skiing.
