Charlotte Parr

Charlotte joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in 2020 and is a Director.

Charlotte holds a Diploma in International Finance and Administration, and has spent nearly fifteen years focusing on the establishment and regulation of private equity and venture capital structures.

In 2012 she joined Ipes as part of their Guernsey on-boarding team, assisting clients in all steps necessary to complete their fund formation process (including administration, FATCA, CRS, Depositary, Annex IV Reporting and ESG Reporting).

Charlotte has worked in the fund administration sector in Luxembourg and London, gaining an understanding of their jurisdictional requirements, managing teams, and servicing clients in both jurisdictions. Charlotte has extensive knowledge in establishing structures in Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, UK, and US.

She is a member of the Marketing sub-committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association.
