Debbie Ellis

Debbie joined the company in 2018 as an Assistant Trust Manager, having previously worked for a small, independent licensed fiduciary for over 20 years dealing with both institutional and private clients.

Debbie works within one of Imperium’s administration teams supported by a number of Trust administrators. Debbie is responsible for a portfolio of client structures that have a focus on property ownership, private equity holdings and private Company shares. She has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2008 and holds a certificate in compliance with the International Compliance Association.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and is kept busy with her two sons.

Debbie was promoted to Manager in April 2025.
