Edouard Gueudet
Edouard joined Imperium Trustees SA in Geneva in December 2025 as a Non-Executive Director. He has advised private clients since 2007 and brings extensive senior experience in private banking and fiduciary services across Switzerland and other international financial centres.
He has held senior executive roles, including Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of the Swiss branch of an international trust and fiduciary group. Prior to this, he was an Equity Partner at a private bank in Zurich and Geneva. Edouard advises families with complex cross-border interests on wealth structuring, governance, and succession planning, and regularly acts as a trust protector and mediator in international succession matters.
Edouard is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the TEP designation. His academic background includes a maîtrise en droit des affaires from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), an LL.M. in International Legal Studies, and an MBA from American University in Washington, D.C., complemented by additional certifications in trust management and the business applications of artificial intelligence.
Outside of his professional activities, Edouard enjoys spending time with his family in the mountains, particularly skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking in the Saanenland region.
