Client Services Director

Henry Rendell

Henry joined Imperium Trust Company (Jersey) Limited in October 2023 as director with responsibility for client services.

Henry has held senior positions with trust company businesses and other financial institutions in Jersey for over 10 years and has extensive experience in corporate governance, private client structures, debt securitisation and distressed debt structuring, IPOs and management buyout transactions.

Henry holds a BSc degree from the University of Portsmouth, a Diploma in International Finance from the Chartered Governance Institute and is a Chartered Company Secretary.

In his spare time Henry enjoys sports, and spending time with his family.
