Marcus Allen

Marcus joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in February 2022 as Manager and brings with him over 20-years’ financial services experience in Guernsey, focussed mainly in the private equity sector.

Prior to joining Imperium, Marcus spent the previous 6-years working as a Senior Client Relationship Manager for Private Equity Administrators Limited, up to the company’s acquisition by Sanne Group, and undertaking a variety of roles including management, administration, company secretarial and accounting.

Before that, Marcus had gained experience working for Ipes (Guernsey) Limited and Heritage International Fund Managers Limited, and Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited.

Marcus has extensive experience with both the administration and financial reporting of private equity fund structures, including regulated collective investment schemes.
