Natalie El Mettouri

Natalie joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in July 2022, and is a manager. She has over12 years of financial services experience in Guernsey focusing on the private equity sector.

Natalie started her career at Augentius and gained further experience at Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services Limited working primarily on new investments, subsequent to this Natalie spent the next 4 years taking on the role of Client Relationship Manager at Private Equity Administrators Limited where she undertook a varied role for her clients including administration and company secretarial, up to the company’s acquisition by Sanne Group.

Natalie has experience with numerous Guernsey regulated and non-regulated structures including PIF’s, PCCs and GPLPs, with diverse asset classes such as real estate, venture capital, distressed debt and fintech. Her experience covers the full life cycle of a fund from first closing, the investment period and capital transactions, through to wind up and dissolution.
