Pauline Chapman

Pauline joined Imperium Fund Services Limited in February 2022 as a Senior Fund Accountant.

Pauline is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has worked in the financial services sector for the past 32 years, with 16 years in the private equity sector and prior to that 16 years in the insurance sector.

Pauline mainly works on the accounting aspects, however has previously worked as a hybrid, so in addition to accounting, has experience of the administration and secretarial aspects of private equity structures.
