Sailesh Navsaria

Sailesh is a board director of Imperium Jersey having joined in 2024 from a Listed professional services business, primarily focusing on nurturing key client and intermediary relationships within his extensive network of professional contacts. Whilst Sailesh is based in Jersey, he works closely with the private and corporate client teams across the Imperium Group.

Sailesh has had a distinguished career within the finance industry, focusing on guiding leading international business families with their succession planning and wealth management strategies, in collaboration with tax, legal and wealth managers. He has wide ranging experience with the Middle-East, Africa, South Asia, and its wider diaspora. His areas of expertise extend to the development of new markets, building teams, strategic partnerships, and sourcing new commercial streams.

Sailesh is a Chartered Fellow of The London Institute of Banking & Finance, and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.

Sailesh is a mentor to several industry professionals and local charities, he enjoys walking, reading and he also wanted to add that he enjoys playing golf…albeit badly…
